Text Messaging / SMS Program

T&T Electrical Services LLC operates a text messaging program for its own employees. Employees text a company number, +1 (901) 441-5181, with work questions about job sites, schedules, purchase order numbers and materials, and receive an automated acknowledgement followed by an answer from the company office. This program is not used for marketing and is not offered to customers or to the general public.

How employees join. Participation is voluntary. When an employee is hired, or when the program is offered to them, T&T gives them the number in person and asks them to sign a written consent form. The form reads:

"I agree to receive text messages from T&T Electrical Services LLC at the mobile number I have provided, for work-related questions and answers about job sites, schedules, purchase orders and materials. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See tandtmemphis.com/privacy-policy and tandtmemphis.com/terms-conditions. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase."

No employee is added to the program without a signed form, and every conversation begins with the employee texting the number first.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
