This is the consent form T&T Electrical Services LLC hands to an employee, on paper, before their mobile number is added to our internal text message program. It is reproduced here in full so that the consent language can be verified. This program is for T&T employees only. It is not offered to customers or to the general public, and there is no way to opt in by texting a keyword.

T&T runs a text message line, +1 (901) 441-5181, so you can text a work question from the field and get an answer back. Job sites, schedules, purchase order numbers, materials. You text it first; it does not text you out of the blue.

Taking part is your choice. It is not a condition of your employment, and it does not affect your pay, your hours or your standing here in any way.
